Technologies

We use a wide range of treatment technologies including reverse osmosis membranes, ultra filtration membranes, membrane bio-reactors, electro deionization, filtration, activated carbon, ion exchange, sedimentation, and disinfection. Systems features lead to minimization of wastes from treatment process, high level of automation and control systems, high quality components and materials of construction.

In the following we present some examples of technologies that we put into practice.

Grooved Disc Elements

Disc filters are surface & depth filtration. The disc element provides especially effective retention of organic matter. The effective filtration area is comprised of both the outside surface and the channels formed by the intersected grooves. Suspended organic particulate adheres to the grooved surface. Cleaning is made manually or with automatic backwashing systems. The water flow is not interrupted while cleaning process takes place.

Micro fibber Technology

Textile fibbers are widely used for fine filtration in the disposable cartridge filter market. The Amiad AMF filter uses fibber thread technology to create a self-cleaning filter system. The basic filtration element in a “Micro fibber” filter is the “thread cassette”. Fine threads, are 10 micron in diameter. The filter cassettes are mounted on hollow collector pipes.

Back washed screen filters

The automatic screen filter line is a self-cleaning, fully hydraulically operated unit that is controlled electronically or hydraulically from heavy duty filters to manual low flow filters. Filtration is designed to work with various types of screens in filtration degrees from 2000 to 10 microns, and is available in 2″, and 36″ inlet/outlet diameter.

Reverse osmosis

Reverse osmosis is a filtration method that removes many types of large molecules and ions from solutions by applying pressure to the solution when it is on one side of a selective membrane. Reverse osmosis is most commonly known for its use in drinking water purification from seawater, removing the salt and other substances from the water molecules, from fresh waters as well as from the brackish waters.

Ultraviolet Technology

Ultraviolet disinfection of drinking water or wastewater consists of a purely physical, chemical-free process. UV water treatment devices can be used for well water and surface water disinfection. UV treatment compares favorably with other water disinfection systems in terms of cost, labor and the need for technically trained personnel for operation. UV treatment is rapid and, in terms of primary energy use, approximately 20,000 times more efficient than boiling.

Clo2 Disinfection solution

Chlorine dioxide is an extremely useful disinfection product for many applications like portable water, industrial activities, including food and beverage industry. Chlorine dioxide is generated in water by the reaction of two stable liquids.

Water management

We present you an advanced Flow and Level Measurement equipment to monitor water in pipes, reservoirs, sewers, rivers and open channels. We have an intelligent self-learning Pressure Controllers, designed to maintain optimum performance and longevity of the water network by controlling pressure in response to the changing demand for water throughout the day and an acoustic noise logging system.

EVROPRO‘s technology is able to achieve up to a 50% reduction in the operations and maintenance cost of municipal and industrial wastewater treatment facilities equipped with conventional fixed or floated mechanical surface aerators.

EVROPRO is committed to successfully developing, manufacturing and distributing water treatment and filtration solutions for Potable Water and Wastewater, in applications such as pre-filtration for MF, UF, NF and RO membranes, UV and tertiary treatment, and polishing. Our supplier’s products and systems enable our clients to achieve their full potential for supplying clean water systems.

Automatic Filters

  • Real-time self-cleaning filters: clean themselves automatically when head-loss across the screen reaches a preset value;
  • Uninterrupted water supply: the filter cleans itself in just seconds without interrupting downstream flow;
  • Modular structure: different diameters;
  • Flexibility of control options: Hydraulically or electronically controlled units. Electric control boards to suit specific needs. Flushing according to pressure differential and/or according to time. Continuous flushing, alarm signals, flushing counter and more;
  • Wide range of filtration degrees: from 3500 to 2 micron.

Semi automatic Filters

Upgrading a manual filter to semi-automatic operation eliminates the need for turning-off the water and extracting the filter screen for rinsing, with the semi-automatic assembly the process flow is not interrupted during operation.

Cooling Towers

Cooling towers are heat removal devices used to transfer process waste heat to the atmosphere. Common applications include cooling the circulating water used in oil refineries, chemical plants, power stations and building cooling.
The AGAR Process

The advanced wastewater treatment technologies offered by our partner addresses contemporary needs for cost-effective wastewater treatment technologies. It is suitable for municipal, agricultural and industrial wastewater treatment plants.

The AGAR Process is successfully implemented for both organic carbon and nutrient removal and the proven flexibility makes it a viable technology for both new constructions and rehabilitation of existing wastewater treatment plants.

Implementation of the AGAR Process in an existing plant, will allow the plant to increase its treatment capacity, as well as improve its nutrient removal capabilities, without additional tankage. This process, therefore, reduces the cost of upgrading, the project duration, and the area required for additional reactors.
